How long does it take from order to delivery? Each Model Speaker is built and tested in 2 days. If the model is in stock, it ships the next business day. If it’s not in stock, it may take up to a week to build before shipping. Delivery usually takes an additional 4 business days once shipped.

How Do You Turn the model off? It is Simple! All you do is manually disconnect it from your device and it will automatically shut off in 5 Minutes. Another quicker way is to just unplug the model. Please shut off any content you are listening to before unplugging as a failure to do so may result in speaker damage.
